Here are a few things to check if you can't get your discount code to work:
1. Discounts are case sensitive - if it's written ALL IN CAPS then make sure you enter it the same way.
2. Only one discount can be applied per order. So if you are lucky enough to have two discount codes you could be using then you will need to decide which is the better deal for your order.
3. It could be expired! Check the email containing the code - most discounts are offered for a limited time only!
4. You haven't added the product to your shopping cart. ie sometimes we have an offer for a free strap with glasses but you do need to add the strap to your cart for the code to activate. The same applies for any promotion offering a free item with code.
5. The discount code isn't for our store. On occasion some customers will sign up for a discount code on the US Babiators website. Offers run by Babiators USA are specific that region only. Our offers are for our Australian and New Zealand customer base only.

Express Post orders made before 12 noon will ship the same business day they are placed.
All Express orders placed after 12 noon on a Friday and over the weekend will ship on a Monday.

New Zealand Australia Post are a little slow to NZ, sorry, so just be patient with us. Generally, NZ Express delivery is around 10-15 working days.
Alternatively we recommend checking out one of our NZ stockists (see our "Where to buy in your local area" page) as delivery within NZ is bound to be faster.
Please consider when calculating ETAs that our standard dispatch time is 1-2 days. This needs to be added to any Australia Post timeframe.

When you finalise your order, we will email you an Order Confirmation.
Please check your colour and size of purchase is correct AND that your shipping address is as it should be.
Address errors will result in your item being returned to sender and additional shipping fees will apply for us to reship it to you.
The other reason for return to sender parcels is that they are not collected from Australia Post within their pickup timeframe. Parcels will only be taken to Australia Post for pickup if they are unable to be delivered directly.
Here is how to prevent this:
When your order has been dispatched from our website, we will send you an email with the Australia Post tracking link. Look out for this! It is important!
If Australia Post is unable to leave your parcel at your address, they will leave a card advising you to collect it from the local post office. This important information will also be updated onto your tracking link.
It is vital that you keep an eye on this as Australia Post will return uncollected deliveries to sender – that’s us! - if not collected within 10 days. No-one wants this!
Babiators is unable to be held responsible for missing parcel delivery cards which is why you need to keep an eye on that electronic tracking. The electronic tracking will save the day if your delivery card has gone with the wind.
If you do not receive your order as it has been returned to sender then sadly, you will need to pay additional shipping to have it re-shipped.
The ONE MORE purchase offer allows you to add another item to your order at the last minute, without paying for additional shipping.
For example, perhaps you were shopping and placed an order for sunnies and then realised after making your purchase that you would have liked to add a strap after all. The One More offer allows you to go ahead and make that purchase and skip paying additional shipping as we will combine the orders and ship them together.
There are some conditions:
The One More order and the original order must be delivered to the same address.
The One More order must be placed within 1 hour of the original order it will be shipped with. We insist on this to ensure they make the same courier!

Returns and Exchanges
Oh no! I'm so sorry we have made an error packing your order.
Please email us at email@example.com to sort this out for you ASAP.
On the rare occasion this does happen we like to give our customers a couple of options:
1. We can send you a return label so you can pop the incorrect item into the post for us and we will immediately ship the correct item once they are on their way.
2. You can opt to keep the incorrect item - maybe you'd like it for your gift stash! - for a 20% discount off the RRP.
If you'd like to take this option we will send you an invoice for the amount owing and then immediately ship the correct item once this is paid.
Let us know your preference ASAP and we will get onto making it happen for you.

We are happy to refund or exchange your full priced purchase, no problem!
Products must be returned to us in new saleable condition including box with bar code intact for sunglasses and tags attached for all other items.
Here is what you need to do:
You must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and request a return or exchange prior to shipping your item back to us.
Once we have been notified please safely package your return and include a note with details of the return/exchange required, your order number, name and return delivery address.
If you want to exchange for a higher priced item we can invoice you for the price difference.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges to return the item to us. In the case of exchanges, we will cover the cost to send the new item back to you.
We suggest using a shipping method with delivery confirmation as Babiators is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Please make sure you email us at email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your parcel to notify us of the fault. Please include photos if you can. If the issue you are facing is, in fact, a product fault then we will replace the item for you immediately.
We aim to keep our website 100% up-to-date with available stock items, but if for some reason the item you ordered isn’t in stock we will contact you within 1 business day to arrange a change of item, refund or let you know when that item will be available.
In most cases, if an item is showing as out of stock on our website it means we anticipate restocking this line item in the future.
Occasionally, an item will be discontinued by the international team and won't be available for future purchase, but we try to keep instances of this to an absolute minimum.

The registration and redemption processes are online, and both are super quick and easy to complete, even for the busiest parent.
You will need to register the sunnies within 30 days of purchase to be eligible.
We even email you a reminder after you purchase!
Once registered you will receive an email with a redemption code. Hold onto this. You will need it if you need to apply for that replacement pair.
Each pair of glasses will need to be registered and redeemed separately and each pair will attract a shipping and handling cost of USD$6.50.
Note: there are some products like Ex-display glasses, which will not be eligible for this guarantee. These items will still be covered by a standard replacement if faulty but not for the guarantee program itself. We will always note their exclusion on the product description in our store.
There is a redemption cost to you of USD$6.50 per pair of glasses to cover the costs of shipping and handling. This is only payable at the time of redemption so if you don’t redeem then you don’t pay!

Yes! You can do this. You will firstly need to redeem your warranty claim following the procedures outlined in your registration email.
A few days later your order will be entered into our online store in Australia which will prompt our system to send you a free shipping code that can be used to combine your replacement order and new order for no additional shipping charges. Hooray!
Be sure to leave a note in your additional order instructing us to ship it with your replacement.
Babiators are made of a moderately flexible rubber material which makes them super comfortable and virtually indestructible. We have even had them survive being stepped on by a camel. True story!
The rubber material used in Babiators frames (specifically called thermoplastic rubber, a blend of rubber and polyester), is also used in a range of medical supplies (like breathing tubes, IVs etc.) and is actually often recommended as a safe alternative to PVC.
Our glasses are not made from PVC or vinyl.
Lenses are made from impact and shatter-resistant polycarbonate – the same material used in most adult sunglasses.
All Babiators have UV400 lenses offering 100% protection against UVA and UVB rays.
The Polarized range has an additional coating to reduce sun glare.
Polarized lenses reduce glare from surfaces like water, snow, and glass, enabling the wearer to see more clearly.
While polarized lenses may be a bit more expensive than conventional sunglasses, many consumers prefer them because they selectively block out glare, rather than making the whole field of vision dimmer.
Polarized lenses are recommended for children under the age of 18 because the lenses in children’s eyes are clearer (with less pigmentation) than the lens in an adult's eye.
What does this mean?
Basically, it means that children’s eyes are so clear they allow greater levels of damaging UV light to enter the eye.
Safety is a high priority for us here at Team Babiators.
We test each component of our sunglasses (polycarbonate lenses, flexible rubber frames, cardboard box, etc.) and all other products for a variety of substances, including BPA.
All of our products have always passed these regulatory tests.
To clean lenses all you need is a nice soft lint free lens cloth. That’s it!
Keep away from salt water and if they do take a dip at the beach just give them a quick rinse with water and air dry before rubbing them clean.
The frames can be cleaned with soap and warm water. You can even add a dash of vinegar for even better results.
Avoidleaving on the dash in the car as it can get pretty hot there on a sunny Aussie day and that intense heat will potentially shorten the life of your Babiators.
Remember, the dash inside your car can be up to 30 degrees Celsius hotter than the outside temperature. That means on a 30C day your dash (and your sunnies if they are there) are reaching 60C. Too much!
Obviously, our sunnies are sold in age ranges, but these are intended to be based on average sizing only.
