Sometimes finding awesome kids’ sunnies takes a bit of research, just to ensure that you have found the product that best resonates with your values as a parent. But we also know that accidents happen! Even with our reputation for durable, tough kids’ sunglasses, sometimes they still get broken, much to everyone’s dismay.
At Babiators, we understand that little mishaps can happen along the way. That’s why our famous 12-month Broken Guarantee exists! If your Babiators are broken within the first 12 months, we will happily replace them for free! We want you to feel great about your purchase and know that even if something does go awry, it’s not the end of your Babiators experience.
To ensure you are covered for replacement, please make sure you keep hold of your proof of purchase - either your babiators.net.au order number or the receipt from your purchase at one of our stockists.
Here are our easy-to-follow steps on how to redeem your broken pair of baby or kids sunglasses.
Step 1: Have your Babiators proof of purchase ready.
Step 3: Complete your Contact Information, making sure to include your current shipping address.
Step 4: Enter the details of the item you purchased that you have broken - style, size, colour.
Step 5: Include the details about when and where you purchased your Babiators.
Step 6: Tell us how your child broke their Babiators by uploading a photo of your broken sunnies (which helps us continue to improve our glasses).
Step 7: Press submit - and if you are up for it we would LOVE a pic of your little one wearing their Babiators, just to make our day brighter as we process your redemption application
Step 8: We will check your purchase details etc. then send you an invoice for the shipping fee.
Step 9: Pay shipping and then your replacement will be on it's way!!
