But life happens right. Kids lose and break stuff all the time. But we don’t want that to stop you from feeling great about your Babiators purchase, so we have a Lost and Broken Guarantee. If you lose or break your Babiators product in the first 12 months after purchase we will replace it free, all you pay is the shipping to get it to you.
Simply hold on to your proof of purchase (or your Babiators order number if you ordered from babiators.net.au). Then if you happen to lose or break them simply complete our Redeem Guarantee form to redeem a replacement.

Yes! Our Babiators Guarantee process has changed recently.
Previously you registered your purchase and redeemed from the international Babiators website. The shipping fee was charged in USD, the processing time was a few weeks and if you had questions you had to chat to the amazing US-based team.
But now we are able to handle your Babiators Guarantee locally! Shipping and handling fees are in AUD and our Aussie team handle the customer service. Hurrah!!
The process used to involve registering your Babiators within 30 days. We now no longer require that registration process. But you will need to hold onto your proof of purchase so that we can check the purchase date etc. (babiators.net.au order number is fine as a proof of purchase, otherwise a receipt from the place of purchase).
Another new part of the replacement process is a simple photo of your broken sunnies, or answering a question about how and when your think you lost your Babiators. These photos and questions help us develop better sunnies and processes.
