Which is why we wanted to give you some peace of mind by offering our amazing 12 month broken guarantee.

The redemption process is online, and easy to complete.

Each pair of glasses will need to be redeemed separately and each pair will attract a flat rate shipping and handling fee of $8.95.

Note: there are some products like Ex-display glasses and Mystery pair promotions, which will not be eligible for this guarantee. We will note the exclusion on the sale or promotion. These items will still be covered by a standard replacement if faulty but not for the guarantee program itself. We will always note their exclusion on the product description in our store.

There is a redemption cost to you of $8.95 per pair of glasses to cover the costs of shipping and handling. This is only payable at the time of redemption so if you don’t redeem then you don’t pay!

If you are redeeming more than one pair of glasses at the same time you will need to pay the redemption charge for each pair.

Please allow a 1-2 week processing time from the date you have submitted your redemption.

No. Redemptions are for exactly the same size and style of your initial purchase.

If your specific style of frame is no longer available, which sometimes happens due to updates to the range, you will be offered a selection of product options at the same cost, in the same size.

No. The Guarantee is only redeemable once per pair of Babiators purchased.

Yes! You can do this. You will firstly need to redeem your warranty claim.

A few days later you will hear from our team to confirm that your redemption has been approved, and you will be sent an invoice for the shipping cost or $8.95 per pair redeemed.

When we approve your order we will also drop you an email with a free shipping code that can be used to combine your replacement order with any order of new products for no additional shipping charges. Hooray!

If the item you originally purchased is out of stock you will be offered the opportunity to either wait for the exact item to be restocked (if applicable) or redeem an item of the same value.

Babiators sunglasses are made to withstand an active child's typical activities. The frames are flexible yet super durable.

If they do break, here's what's covered:

• The frame &/or arms of the glasses break apart
• The lenses constantly fall out and cannot be popped back in

Here's what is not covered:

• Scratched lenses (please use the soft fabric bag to protect the glasses between use)
• A lense that pops out once (this can easily be popped back in place)

When we approve Broken Guarantee applications we check a couple of things:

• Proof of purchase
• Purchase date - is it within the last 12 months
• Whether you have previously redeemed the items on your proof of purchase (each item purchased can only be redeemed once)
• Did you include a photo of the broken pair of sunglasses.

There is a cost to you of $8.95 per pair of glasses to cover the costs of shipping and handling. This is only payable at the time of redemption approval!

Once your shipping fee invoice is paid we will add your redemption claim to our dispatch within 1-2 business days.
