If your Babiators are lost or broken within the first 12 months, we will happily replace them for free! We want you to feel great about your purchase and know that even if something does go awry, it’s not the end of your Babiators experience. 

To ensure you are covered for replacement, please make sure you register your Babiators product on the international Babiators website within 30 days of purchase.  

Here are our easy to follow steps on how to register your Babiators sunglasses.

Step 1: Have your Babiators sunglasses box ready.

Step 2: Head on over to the International Babiators website.

Step 3: Click on ‘Our Guarantee’ above the homepage navigation.

Step 4: Click on ‘Register’.

Step 5: Complete the form.

Step 6: Enter your 12 digit barcode located on the back of your Babiators sunglasses box.

Step 7: Press ‘Register’.

Step 8: You will receive an email from Babiators.com with your unique registration code. Please safeguard this code for future use.

Step 9: You are all done. Head outside and let those sunsmart adventures begin.

Step 1: Have your Babiators registration number ready.

Step 2: Head on over to the International Babiators website.

Step 3: Click on ‘Our Guarantee’ above the homepage navigation.

Step 4: Click on ‘Redeem’.

Step 5: Complete the form by filling out your email address and your unique registration code.

Step 6: Please pay for the shipping cost to send your new pair of sunnies out to you.
